Key Responsibilities

- Application Development:
- Design, build, and deploy scalable applications using the OutSystems low-code platform.
- Develop innovative features that enhance user experience and align with the client's strategic objectives.

- Integration & Customisation:
- Build APIs and integrate applications with third-party systems to expand functionality.
- Customise workflows and user interfaces to create seamless, personalised customer experiences.

- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX/UI designers, and data specialists, to deliver impactful solutions.
- Participate in agile processes, contributing to sprints, planning, and project reviews.

- Performance Optimisation:
- Monitor and optimise application performance to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.

- Quality Assurance:
- Maintain high coding standards and contribute to robust testing procedures.
- Collaborate with QA teams to deliver defect-free applications.

What We're Looking For

- Experience:
- Proven experience as an OutSystems Developer, preferably in a senior or lead role.
- Demonstrated expertise in delivering full-stack solutions on the OutSystems platform.

- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of OutSystems, including Reactive Web and Mobile development.
- Experience in API development, database integration (eg, SQL), and building scalable systems.
- Familiarity with tools and processes related to personalisation and customer life cycle management.

- Certifications:
- OutSystems certifications (Associate, Professional, or Expert Developer) are highly advantageous.
